India to Attempt Everest without Supplementary Oxygen
Fort Worth, Texas - March 21th, 2004

India on the summit of Wheeler Peak, New Mexico
This will be India's first attempt on an 8,000 meter peak. India has been on over 50 mountain summits and is a Himalayan Veteran. A keen alpinest, India possess cat like moves on the most difficult terrain. A gift from Lindsey and Lauren Pate, daughters of Kevin Donovan's climbing partner Dan, India has also gained alpine experience climbing in the Cascades of Washington and on the 14ers of Colorado.
Climbing parter Kevin Donovan said "This is my MoJo, with India along on this expedition I see a much greater opportunity for success" "India's ability to move quickly, travel lite and endure extremes of temperature make for an ideal climbing partner" "Just the fact that India never needs to get out of the tent in the middle of the night is enough to be perfectly suited for this expedition".
